From our very first introduction in 2008, I have been impressed with Nancy’s tenacity, focus on the member and the member experience, ability to bring teams together, keep them focused, and guide them through the work that must be accomplished. She and I have worked together on a number of steering committees across a variety of topics including web design, social media management, email marketing, mobile usage, company governance and more.
