Although CAA and AAA are connected by affiliation, the working relationship can be somewhat separated. However, Nancy is adamant that the clubs can leverage experience and skills to build a solid foundation of support across the entire span of North America. While I was a part of clubs in Canada and Nancy was in the United States, she would continually reach out to engage a cross-sharing of ideas and skills to create better online communication programs and tools. Answering questions promptly, giving solid examples and providing experience in the online email and website usability sectors enabled Nancy to quickly demonstrate she is a master of online communications. From new member onboarding programs to redesigning websites, Nancy is clearly a resource I look to first. Her sense of humour and optimism mixed with a dedication to succeed makes her a partner I look forward to working with in the future.
